Sheet metal fabrication

Weldflow prides in carrying out precision related complete sheet metal fabrication. This involves meeting all the specifications for tolerances provided by the customer. With our internal quality check procedure in place, we ensure the consistency in production of sheet metal components large and small. 
 

Enclosures

Weldflow is well experienced in manufacturing variety of metal boxes, electronic enclosures and electrical panels as part of sub-assembly or enclosure by itself. These components are CNC punch pressed; brake press forming and variety of fasteners are attached. All the enclosures are either spot welded, Tig or Mig welded depending upon the specifications. Finals finishes can be anodized, powder coated as per requirement.

Other alloy fabrication

We carry out stainless steel and aluminum fabrication for specific industries.  We provide rolling of Aluminum structural elements and making special design of heat sinks from Aluminum sheet. Variety of light fixtures is fabricated from Aluminum material for internal & external usage in lighting and construction industry. Depending on the requirement, we can use the process of capacitor discharge welding.

Fabrication of building products

Variety of elements for steel doors, cabinets and drawers are fabricated using industry specific material like satin coat or prime galvanized in order to inhibit from moisture related corrosion. Special arrangement for spot welding for such sub-assemblies is carried out in house.

Perforated metal products

Perforations are in particular used to fabricate variety of different component sub-assemblies in lighting, cabinet drawer, shelving,food processing and furniture industry. Some of special perforation and louvered elements are used in ventilation and refrigeration equipment.

Fabrication of components

We cater for vast spectrum of sheet metal industry raging from fabrication of small components, medical and food related equipment or assemblies. Variety of metal of metal store fixtures and display units are manufactured in aluminum, stainless steel or regular mild steel material with wide range of finishes.
