Metal Fabricators and Welding Services

Welding ServicesIn any fabrication facility, welding process forms an integral part of work completion. Welding is the most economical and efficient way to join metals permanently, by allowing two or more pieces of metal to make them act as a single piece. The aim of our welding operation is to create quality products for our customers with quality precision and maintaining overall specifications and finishes.

Depending on the requirement Weldflow offers following in house welding process:

MIG Welding
TIG Welding
Spot Welding
Capacitor discharge welding

Weldflow Metal Products has the capability of carrying out gas tungsten arc welding also known as TIG and gas metal arc welding, sometimes referred to by its subtypes metal inert gas MIG welding for all three types of materials, i.e. Stainless steel, Aluminum and regular steel products. TIG welding is often used with stainless steel or aluminum. While TIG uses welding rods, MIG uses a spool of continuously fed wire, which allows our welder to join longer stretches of metal without stopping to replace the rod.

Weldflow has the facility of making parts and then assembling units using welding processes either TIG or MIG as the requirement dictates. At Weldflow Metal, we are committed to providing the highest quality of workmanship in assembling though welding processes assortment of sheet metal components relating to host of industries like HVAC, Lighting, electronics / precision equipment, alternative energy, appliance, furniture & fixture, transportation, agriculture and industrial / commercial machinery etc.

All types of boxes, enclosures or sub-assemblies require to be welded together and depending on the material thickness or other constraints, our welding process is applied either MIG or TIG. Other than this at Weldflow, we also employ other means of joining parts such as Spot Welding, also referred to as resistance spot welding. This is a process in which contacting metal surfaces are joined by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current. We employ for steel, stainless steel and dedicated spot welders for aluminum material.

At times, special application of hardware insertion requires special kind of welding process where the surface marks are not acceptable unlike spot welding. The process that Weldflow Metal engages in is known as capacitor discharge welding of fasteners to wide variety of metals like mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. For such applications, this is an extremely efficient method of welding and beneficial when working with thin gauge materials due to absence of reverse-side marring or discoloration.
